Summary

Production claritree index new for local directories and Git origins via typed application services
Atomic planning with deterministic naming, standard cache layout, collision rejection, and explicit --replace with CAS activation
Schema v4 explicit typed source-fact plus lineage persistence, deterministic remapping, read-back validation, and cleanup on activation failure
Typed summaries with selector, IDs/revision/schema/source identity, counts, diagnostics, elapsed status, and stable text/JSON rendering
