Summary

add typed value-search filters, scope-aware results, grouping, ordering, and direct producer counts
query revision-scoped value definitions and uses through the production LadybugDB adapter
collapse the greenfield graph into one complete schema initializer with no migration or backfill path
preserve canonical types for operation-backed value uses

Add identifier field and upstream-count support to shared search pipeline a257e578d0

Extends SearchField with value-only Identifier, SearchRequest and
PreparedSearchPlan with minimum upstream count, and SearchHit with
direct producer counts. Filtering is additive and no-ops when unset,
preserving sibling targets.

Add value-target search request translation in new search_value module 32a79424ac

Keeps value filter semantics namespaced for concurrent sibling targets.
Maps identifier, translation-unit, function, name, struct regexes and
minimum upstream counts to shared requests with typed option errors.
Documents direct-producer counts and literal handling.

Implement revision-scoped Ladybug value search with direct producer counts 95563f0d4c

Adds SearchRepositoryPort for LadybugIndexRepository covering value
definitions and uses. Reuses revision-owned lineage queries for distinct
direct producers so origins count zero and literals stay source facts.
Other targets return empty for sibling work.
