Summary

materialize declaration classification and fallback search context while indexing
remove the expensive source-graph reconstruction join from value searches
cache enum statements and reduce redundant integration-test subprocesses
keep the complete database schema at version 1

Performance

tiny persisted value query: ~7.15s to ~0.50s end to end
value-search integration suite: ~38s to ~18s
