Summary

add durable scheduler leases, recovery, bounded dispatch, and multi-team dashboard controls
add implicit supervision, durable group inboxes, archived-team safety, and hardened lifecycle handling
add a hidden Annalist that durably records every completed task and can inspect non-destructive coordination history
expand migrations, documentation, and regression coverage for the complete orchestration feature set
