Summary

bound per-client event channels and make overflow observable
recover bounded event state conservatively after lag or disconnect
correct attribute modifier calculation used by authoritative runtime observations
publish the exact ea1a4226 revision pinned by runtime PRs LiveMindIO/vibecraft-bot-runtime#52 and LiveMindIO/vibecraft-bot-runtime#53

cargo test -p azalea-entity --lib
git diff --check 44188bf3..ea1a4226
cargo fmt --all --check currently reports repository-wide wrapping differences under the locally installed formatter; no files were modified
